Products and Purchases

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our digital products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Digital Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased digital products. Download links are provided on the confirmation page and via email.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refund requests should be sent to support@laidofflaunch.com.

User Content

If you submit any content to the Site (such as feedback, suggestions, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LaidOffLaunch and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
